Roofer
We are currently seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team and work on residential roofing projects. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing roofs, including the removal of old materials and the installation of various materials such as asphalt shingles, slate, and metal. We may also consider taking apprentices, and hourly rates will be based on experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install and repair residential roofs
- Remove old roofing materials
- Install new roofing materials using various tools and equipment
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and use proper safety equipment
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet project deadlines
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in roofing
- Familiarity with various roofing tools and equipment
- Physical stamina to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Comfortable working at significant heights in various weather conditions, and able to work long shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Your own hand tools
