Office Manager


We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative and clerical duties, supervising staff, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Clerical duties such as answering phones
  • Data entry and filing
  • Communication with customers and colleagues
  • Processing all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Preparing, maintaining and managing documents/reports
  • Support payroll  and bookkeeping tasks and procedures
  • Create service work orders and send material orders to suppliers
  • Support management with day-to-day business needs
  • Supporting Sales Representatives
  • Other duties as required

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-year office administrative experience (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Google sheet CRM etc and the Internet
  • Organizational and data entry skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal skills combined with tact and diplomacy skills when dealing with customers, staff and managers
  • Self-starter, with a willingness to learn, who is capable of working independently as well as part of a team
  • Effective time management and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage various tasks and timelines
  • Working experience with  payroll would be an asset

Other Information:

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $45,000.00 per year

Schedule: 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday
