I had some shingles blow off my roof during a storm, and in calling around for a professional repair, found two groups who could do it: one who was looking to take advantage of the situation, and Regis at Dedicated. Regis came out and patched the problem spot temporarily for no charge, and I asked him to bid on replacing the roof. His bid was reasonable and fair and now that the work is complete, it feels great to have a class 4 roof installed that will last.  Professional, trustworthy, and qualified: Dedicated has earned my respect and confidence for future work (and I’ve already told some friends to call Dedicated, too). I had Regis and his crew (Jimmy & Arturo) top up my attic insulation. They did a fantastic job and went over and above to help me out. Replaced a bathroom exhaust fan and did a few extra things because they needed fixing.  They took extra care in cleaning up the site before they left.  Would I hire them again?

Dedicated Roofing provided me with a detailed review of work to be done and estimate.  I liked that they included pictures to help explain what needed to be repaired.  These pictures matched what my home inspectors had pointed out when I purchased the home.  I had forgotten to mention a pigeon issue on one side of the home and they made recommendations for spikes.
